returns & exchange

  • Products once sold can only be exchanged for replacement if they meet our terms and conditions. 
  • For this purpose we must receive the products within 7 days from the date of delivery. 
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by the customer. 
  • Merchandises will be exchanged only if they are returned in their original packaging with the price tags. 
  • We do not provide refund on any product sold. 
  • To return the product for exchange, the customer can write to us at support@theamoc.com
  • We aim to revert within 48 hours of receipt. 
  • If you are not satisfied with the product received for any reason you may have the option to exchange and at our sole discretion to receive a refund. 
  • We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.

Terms and conditions

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • All the products are delivered in a premium package. The premium package also should be undamaged to accept an exchange of a merchandise.
  • The product tags must be intact.
  • Please do not accept the parcel if they are open and the products are untagged.
  • Exchanges are facilitated with the products of same or higher price points.
  • A product is considered as defective when it is received with a damage and not due to wear and tear.
  • Defective products are liable for free exchanges of either same product (subject to availability) or another product of customer’s choice at same price point.
  • Colors of the garments displayed are accurate to our best knowledge, however discrepancy due to electronic gadget’s screen resolutions will not be considered as a reason for product return. 

Cancellation

Cancellations are accepted if the customer processes them within 12 hours of order placement.

Shipping policies

  • We ship our products within India and to Singapore only. 
  • The shipping charges are mentioned at each product page during check out.
  • The estimated delivery time communication should be taken as guidelines only.
  • National, International holidays are excluded fro the account of working days.
  • Delays caused due to payment authorisation are not taken into account.
  • We aim to ship all the order within 24 hours excluding the sale period.
  • We aim to ship all the orders within 72 hours during sale period.
  • We do not claim responsible for delays caused by delivery partners.
  • Orders cannot be redirected to a different address after the dispatch.
  • Products are requested to be collected with signatures.
  • Domestic orders are aimed to be delivered within 3 – 5 working days and International orders are aimed to be delivered within 10 - 12 working days.
  • Free shipping is available for domestic customers for orders above INR 1500
  • Free shipping is available for International customers for order value above SGD 200

Governing law

This Agreement, and the Privacy Policy or the documents they incorporate by reference shall be governed and construed in accordance to the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction conferred on the courts at India.
